SERVICE AGREEMENT
By registering as a member of this website or by using any of the Services provided on Show Me Yours you accept the terms of business set out on this page. This Agreement is made between Show Me Yours ("we", "us", "our") and "you", the "User".
DEFINITIONS
"Services" means using our web pages, using our private messaging features, uploading of content/media to our web servers and any other service or facility provided by us to you.
"Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us in connection with the provision of any service.
"Web Site" means the area on the Server or any sever maintained for us allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet.
ADULT MATERIAL
This website contains material and links to material (images, video, audio, text) of a sexually-explicit nature. If it is illegal for you to view and maintain adult material then you should discontinue using this website immediately.
MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS
This website is intended for persons 18 years of age and older aged 18 and over only. You are not eligible and must not apply to become a member if you are under 18 years of age. Any member who is found to be in breach of this restriction will have their account permenantly suspended.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.
We reserve the right to suspend the Services or the website as a whole at any point without prior notice to our Users.
PHOTO RULES
You may not upload content that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. We will delete or remove (without notice) any content which we feel might be offensive, illegal or that violates these rules.
1. All photos upload must be of yourself and contain no one else.
2. You must not upload any images that contain anyone under the age of 18.
3. Photos must contain only the body part in line with the category of upload.
4. Photos should be uploaded in their original state, i.e. no alterations or "Photoshopping" (cropping is permitted).
5. Photos should not include insertion of any kind.
6. No bodily fluids (or other discharge) should be visible in any photo.
7. Photos should be uploaded in accordance with English law.
8. Photos uploaded will not be visible on the website until they have been approved by a moderator.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, messages, comments, posts, text, information, video that you upload, publish or display on our web pages.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have upload on the Server and/or prohibit you from using or accessing a Service for any reason.
USE OF UPLOADED CONTENT
When uploading any media (photos and videos) or information that you to our Server, you authorize us a non-exclusive right to use, copy, publish, publicly display, reformat and distribute your content. If you choose to remove your content, the rights granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit Users from uploading, posting materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive notification of copyright infringement, we will remove the infringing material after review. The accounts of repeat infringers may be disabled.
LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
HEADINGS
Headings are included in this Agreement for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions together with any documents expressly referred to in them, contain the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous Agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral: between us in relation to such matters No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions and you agree that you
shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made expressly in this Agreement.
